We are looking for an experienced foreman to lead our crews with
professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. This is great

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage roofing crew on residential and/or commercial
projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to company’s
quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job site logistics.
• Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project manager and
office staff
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site from
beginning to end
Qualifications:
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• 3+ years roofing experience (shingles, metal, flat roofs, copper, or
related systems)
• Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and measure accurately (will train)
What we offer:
• Competive pay (based on experience) $40,000-$90,000/year
